Do you accept dogs with behavioral issues or special needs?

We can handle any dog, under any situation. We understand that your dog is part of your family, which is why we provide the highest level of care and service. Our professional training background means we’re equipped to work with dogs that other facilities might turn away. Whether your dog has anxiety, reactivity, or other behavioral challenges, we create individualized care plans that address their specific needs. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all boarding – every dog receives care tailored to their temperament and requirements.

What are your vaccination requirements for boarding?

All dogs must have a current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian stating that such animal has been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvo and corona viruses within the previous one year, unless the vaccine is an approved three-year vaccination as certified by the veterinarian, and against bordetella during the previous six months. We require up-to-date vaccinations to protect all dogs in our care. This includes rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza), and bordetella. We’ll review your dog’s vaccination records during intake to ensure everything is current before their stay begins.

How far in advance do I need to book boarding?

So that we can best accommodate your dog, please make reservations in advance, especially during the holiday season. We will also review your dog’s vaccination history to make sure that everything is up to date prior to the start of their boarding visit. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for holiday periods and summer vacation times when demand is highest. However, we understand that travel plans sometimes change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when space allows. Early booking ensures your preferred dates and gives us time to prepare your dog’s personalized care plan.
