1.4 By engaging with our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the
legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3.1. Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no
exceptions to this policy. Participants are urged to carefully review the course details and requirements before enrolling to ensure it aligns with their expectations and needs.
3.2. The course fee provides participants with full access to digital course materials, resources,
and online content. Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted, there will be no
refunds or exchanges.
3.3. In the event of technical issues preventing a participant from accessing the course
materials, K9 Mania Dog Training will make reasonable efforts to resolving the issue promptly.
However, such technical difficulties do not qualify for a refund. It is the responsibility of the
participant to ensure they have a compatible and reliable internet connection.
3.4. Success in the course is contingent on the participant’s commitment, effort, and adherence
to the provided guidelines. K9 Mania Dog Training is not responsible for a participant’s inability
to complete the course due to lack of commitment, time constraints, or any other personal
reasons. As such, these reasons do not warrant a refund.
3.5. K9 Mania Dog Training reserves the right to discontinue or modify the course at any time. In
the event of such changes, participants will not be entitled to a refund. K9 Mania Dog Training
will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance of any significant modifications to
the course structure or content.
3.6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or
other events beyond K9 Mania Dog Training’s control, the course may be temporarily suspended
or modified. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and efforts will be made to resume the
course as soon as reasonably possible.
3.7. K9 Mania Dog Training does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the course.
The success of the training is highly dependent on the participant’s dedication and application
of the provided techniques. As such, dissatisfaction with the results achieved does not reflect
the quality of K9 Mania Dog Training’s products and services and, thus, does not qualify for a
refund.
4.1 Participants acknowledge that enrollment in the Puppy Training Course is a
commitment to the full duration of the course. The course is structured to deliver
comprehensive training over a specified period, and any interruptions may compromise the
effectiveness of the training.
4.2. Cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance. The course
fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reasons for cancellation or the timing of the request.
4.3. Participants encountering unforeseen circumstances that may hinder their ability to
continue the course are encouraged to communicate promptly with K9 Mania Dog Training.
Decisions on any considerations or accommodations will be made at the sole discretion of K9
Mania Dog Training.
4.4. The transfer of enrollment to another participant is not permitted. The course is designed
for individual participants, and any attempt to transfer enrollment will result in immediate
termination without a refund.
4.5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating cancellation, participants must
notify K9 Mania Dog Training in writing, providing detailed reasons for the cancellation. Failure
to provide a written notice may result in forfeiture of any potential consideration.
4.6. At its sole discretion, K9 Mania Dog Training may consider exceptional circumstances
leading to cancellation, such as severe illness or unavoidable emergencies. Participants must
submit verifiable documentation supporting their claim for consideration.
4.7. K9 Mania Dog Training reserves the right to impose cancellation fees at its discretion.
These fees may be determined based on the timing of the cancellation, the progress made in
the course, and any unrecoverable costs incurred by K9 Mania Dog Training.
4.8. Participants who cancel their enrollment without valid reasons or attempt to abuse the
cancellation policies may be refused enrollment in future courses offered by K9 Mania Dog
Training.
4.9. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the participant, such as natural
disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions, K9 Mania Dog Training may, at its discretion,
provide alternative arrangements or credits for future courses.
K9 Mania Dog Training places the utmost importance on the safety and well-being of both
participants and their dogs. By enrolling in the Puppy Training Course, participants
acknowledge and agree to the following comprehensive liability provisions:
5.1. Participants understand and acknowledge that dog training inherently involves certain risks,
including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and behavioral changes in dogs. By
participating and enrolling in this course, K9 Mania Dog Training is not liable for any outcomes
arising from their participation. Thus, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with
their participation in the course.
5.2. Participants are solely responsible for their dog’s behavior and well-being during and after
the training sessions. K9 Mania Dog Training does not guarantee any specific outcomes, and the
effectiveness of the training is contingent on the participant’s commitment to following the
provided guidelines.
5.3 In no event shall K9 Mania Dog Training, its instructors, employees, or affiliates be liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way
connected with the course. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries to the participant, their
dog, or any third party, as well as damages to property.
5.4. K9 Mania Dog Training does not provide insurance coverage for any injuries or damages
that may occur during the course. Participants are responsible for any medical care or
veterinary expenses resulting from injuries or illnesses related to the training.
5.5. Participants hereby release, discharge, and waive any and all claims, demands, actions, or
causes of action against K9 Mania Dog Training, its instructors, employees, and affiliates arising
out of or in connection with the course.
5.6 This release of liability applies even in cases of negligence, whether active or passive, by K9
Mania Dog Training, its instructors, employees, or affiliates. Participants expressly waive any
claim for negligence against K9 Mania Dog Training.
5.7 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless K9 Mania Dog Training, its instructors,
employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses
arising out of the participant’s actions or omissions during the course.
5.8 Participants acknowledge that the success of the training may require ongoing efforts
beyond the course duration. K9 Mania Dog Training is not responsible for any changes in the
dog’s behavior that may occur after the completion of the course.
6.1 Participants expressly acknowledge and agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all
materials, methodologies, trade secrets, and proprietary information disclosed during the
course. This obligation extends to discussions, forums, or group interactions facilitated by K9
Mania Dog Training.
6.2 Participants are strictly prohibited from disclosing, disseminating, or sharing any
confidential information obtained during the course with third parties, including but not limited
to competitors, individuals, or entities not enrolled in the program.
6.3 Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, training techniques, course content,
instructional methods, proprietary training materials, business strategies, and any other
information disclosed by K9 Mania Dog Training that is not publicly available.
6.4 Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
● Was known to the participant before disclosure.
● Becomes publicly available through no fault of the participant.
● Is independently developed by the participant without reference to the confidential
information provided.
6.5 Participants agree that the obligation to maintain confidentiality persists indefinitely, even
after the completion of the course. This includes the period during enrollment and any
subsequent time in which the information remains confidential.
6.6 Confidential information provided by K9 Mania Dog Training is for the sole purpose of the
participant’s education and training. Any use of such information for commercial purposes,
teaching, or consulting without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
6.7 Participants are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or making unauthorized
copies of any course materials, whether in part or in whole. This includes electronic, digital, or
physical reproduction. Any breach of this confidentiality provision may result in legal action, and
participants acknowledge that K9 Mania Dog Training reserves the right to pursue all available
remedies, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and legal
fees, in the event of such a breach.
6.8 Upon completion or termination of the course, participants agree to promptly return or, at the
discretion of K9 Mania Dog Training, destroy any tangible materials provided during the course.
This includes but is not limited to, manuals, workbooks, or any other written or printed materials.
6.9 K9 Mania Dog Training reserves the right to enforce these confidentiality obligations through
legal means, seeking injunctive relief, damages, or any other available remedies under
applicable law for any breach or threatened breach of these obligations.
6.10 The confidentiality provisions of this agreement survive the termination or expiration of the
course and will continue to be binding upon the participants.
7.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to course materials, instructional
content, training methods, proprietary techniques, graphics, and multimedia elements, are the
exclusive property of K9 Mania Dog Training. Ownership of these materials remains with K9
Mania Dog Training, and participants do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in the intellectual
property by enrolling in the course.
7.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use
the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit
participants to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from the
course content.
7.3 The course materials are intended for personal use only, and participants are expressly
prohibited from using any part of the content for commercial purposes, including but not limited
to training services, consulting, or the creation of derivative products.
7.4 Participants acknowledge that the training may involve proprietary techniques and
methodologies developed by K9 Mania Dog Training. Any attempt to reverse engineer,
disassemble, or disclose these techniques to third parties is strictly prohibited.
7.5 Participants agree to treat all course materials as confidential and not to disclose, share, or
use the information for any purpose other than personal dog training. This includes but is not
limited to, refraining from disclosing proprietary training methods to other trainers or individuals.
7.6 During and after the course, participants agree not to engage in any activities that would
directly or indirectly compete with the services offered by K9 Mania Dog Training. This includes
the use of similar training methodologies, program structures, or the establishment of similar
dog training services.
7.7 Participants acknowledge that any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of K9
Mania Dog Training’s intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to
injunctive relief, damages, and attorney fees.
7.8 Participants are encouraged to report any suspected violations of the intellectual property
provisions to K9 Mania Dog Training promptly. K9 Mania Dog Training will take appropriate
action to protect its intellectual property rights.
7.9 The obligations related to intellectual property rights continue even after the completion or
termination of the course. Participants are bound by these terms indefinitely to protect the
ongoing value of K9 Mania Dog Training’s intellectual property.
7.10 K9 Mania Dog Training reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its intellectual
property rights, seeking remedies available under applicable laws, including but not limited to
injunctive relief, damages, and attorney fees.
8.1 All course materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and instructional
content, are the exclusive property of K9 Mania Dog Training and are protected by copyright
laws. Participants acknowledge and agree that K9 Mania Dog Training retains all rights, titles,
and interests in and to the course materials.
8.2 Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use
the course materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant
the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any
part of the course materials.
8.3 Participants are expressly prohibited from:
● Copying, reproducing, or distributing course materials in any form or medium.

including but not limited to legal action, monetary damages, and termination of access to the

11.1 By enrolling in K9 Mania Dog Training’s Puppy Training Course, the participant agrees
to indemnify and hold harmless K9 Mania Dog Training, its officers, directors, employees, and
affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out
of or in connection with the participant’s participation in the course.
11.2 The participant’s indemnification obligation includes, but is not limited to, claims arising
from:
● Personal injuries sustained by the participant or any third party during or after the
training;
● Damage to property, including but not limited to the participant’s property, other
individuals’ property, or third-party property;
● Breach of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations;
● Violation of the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
11.3. Exclusions from Indemnification:
This indemnification provision shall not apply to claims or liabilities arising directly from the
gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnified Parties.
11.4 In the event of any claim for which indemnification is sought, the participant agrees to
promptly notify K9 Mania Dog Training in writing. K9 Mania Dog Training reserves the right, at its
own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to
indemnification by the participant.
11.5 The participant agrees to cooperate fully with K9 Mania Dog Training in the defense of any
claim, including providing any necessary information, documents, or assistance.
11.6. K9 Mania Dog Training shall have the sole and exclusive authority to settle any claim for
which indemnification is sought. The participant shall not, without the prior written consent of
K9 Mania Dog Training, settle or compromise any claim or consent to the entry of any judgment
that may adversely affect the rights or obligations of the Indemnified Parties.
11.7 The indemnification obligations under this agreement shall survive the completion or
termination of the Puppy Training Course.
11.8 The participant acknowledges that the indemnification provided herein is in addition to any
liability assumed by K9 Mania Dog Training under applicable law, and the participant’s
obligations under this section shall not duplicate or supplement K9 Mania Dog Training’s
liability, if any.
11.9. This Indemnification shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Long Island, New York, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Long Island, New York, United States.

Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the course constitutes
acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Long
